25 The woman says to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming— the One being called Christ. When that One comes, He will declare all things to us”. 26 Jesus says to her, “I, the One speaking to you, am He”.
The Disciples Marvel That He Was Speaking With a Woman
27 And at this point His disciples came, and they were marveling that He was speaking with a woman. Yet no one said, “What are you seeking?” or, “Why are You speaking with her?”

26 Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I am he.”(B)
The Disciples Rejoin Jesus
27 Just then his disciples returned(C) and were surprised to find him talking with a woman. But no one asked, “What do you want?” or “Why are you talking with her?”
