Exodus 10:18-20

18 And Moses went out of the sight of Pharaoh, and prayed the Lord; (And Moses went out from before Pharaoh, and prayed to the Lord;)
19 the which made a full strong wind to blow from the west, and it took, and cast the locust(s) into the Red Sea[a]; soothly there (was) left not one, in all the coasts of Egypt. (and the Lord made a strong wind to blow from the west, and it took, and threw the locusts into the Red Sea; and there was not one left in all the land of Egypt.)
20 And the Lord made hard the heart of Pharaoh, and he let not go the sons of Israel. (But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and still he would not let the Israelites go.)

New International Version
18 Moses then left Pharaoh and prayed to the Lord.(A) 19 And the Lord changed the wind to a very strong west wind, which caught up the locusts and carried them into the Red Sea.[a] Not a locust was left anywhere in Egypt. 20 But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart,(B) and he would not let the Israelites go.
