18 Moses left the palace and prayed. 19 Then the Lord sent a strong west wind[a] that swept the locusts into the Red Sea.[b] Not one locust was left anywhere in Egypt, 20 but the Lord made the king so stubborn that he still refused to let the Israelites go.

New International Version
18 Moses then left Pharaoh and prayed to the Lord.(A) 19 And the Lord changed the wind to a very strong west wind, which caught up the locusts and carried them into the Red Sea.[a] Not a locust was left anywhere in Egypt. 20 But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart,(B) and he would not let the Israelites go.
